Shipping Rates

  • We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $10 to both Canada and the USA.

Shipping Time

  • Within Canada: Orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on the destination.
  • To the USA: Orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days.

Please note that these times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier and any external factors such as weather or customs delays.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed 1-2 business days after purchase.
  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship to Canada and the USA. We do not offer international shipping beyond these countries at this time.

Customs and Duties

  • For Canadian orders: No additional customs or duties apply.
  • For US orders: Any applicable customs fees or duties are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

$2 Local delivery

This is an option for those in our service area between Woodstock and London, ON. This will show up as an option at the checkout only if your address is within our delivery service area. There is a $15 order minimum to qualify for $2 Local Delivery.

We aim to deliver within 1 week of your order. We have set delivery days depending on location (see below). Orders must be placed 48 hours prior to your pickup day or it will be saved until the following week.

If you are not located in one of our delivery locations listed below, you will be notified by email of your delivery date.

Dorchester, London -Tuesday

Woodstock -Wednesday

Tillsonburg and Aylmer -Thursday

Ingersoll and Thamesford -Friday


Free Pickup

Available for those local to Ingersoll, ON. More details to come in the checkout.

 

Cash-On-Delivery

This is a payment option that you may select at the check-out if using $2 Local Delivery or Free Pickup and you would like to use cash as payment.
